Processing and Manufacturing

How is Bansal Farms different from other organic food companies?

Our entire produce and its processing is handled end- to-end on-site on the farmland owned by the company. Unlike our competitors, we do not aggregate from other farmers or outsource any part of the process, thereby ensuring the purity of the organic produce.

What does "Organic" mean?

Organic, in the context of food and farming methods, means food produced or involving production without the use of chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, or other artificial agents.

Our products are grown and processed as per the USDA National Organic Program standards, using ancient Indian Vedic agricultural practices.

Which organization has certified your farm produce as organic?

​NOCA Private Limited, Pune has issued us a certification classified as First Year of Organic Conversion.

Earlier, Ecocert had issued us a similar certification.

​​What is your stance on GMO/GE food?

The seeds used on are farms are of the local 'desi' variety grown in the region. 

By its very virtue, organic is Non-GMO / GMO-free. 

What are ancient Indian Vedic practices?

It is a form of sustainable agriculture, wherein one life form supports the other. We use trap plants, animal waste, various leaves from different plants, and organic manure instead of fertilizers, insecticides, and pesticides.

 

Are Bansal Farms products raw or sterilized?

Our products are raw and as close to growing them in your own garden. Sterilization would remove the nutrients from the products.

How are Bansal Farms products processed?

Our products are processed as per ancient Indian Ayurvedic practices to maintain the nutritional value of the product.

Our products are air-dried, either in the shade or the sun, depending on the requirements.

No artificial flavors, fillers, colors, or preservatives are added to any of our products.

 

 

Shipping

When will my order be delivered?

Please expect your order to reach you within 7-10 working days of placing the order.

 

What is the delivery process?

Upon reaching your house, our delivery partner shall request you for a One Time Password (OTP) to confirm the delivery of the product. Please provide the OTP to our delivery partner.

How do I check the status of my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within seven days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please get in touch with us at info@bansalfarms.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Billing and Payments

Bansal Farms enables online verification and authorization of payments through the Razorpay payment gateway (https://www.razorpay.com).

Bansalfarms.com is an Internet Security Research Group (ISRG) secured site with 128 bit SSL encryption.

The following payment methods are accepted through the Razorpay payment gateway:​

  • Debit Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and RuPay

  • Net banking: We allow net banking transactions through 50+ Indian banks.

  • UPI

  • Google Pay

  • Wallets (Mobikwik, Freecharge, Amazon Pay, Ola Money, PhonePe, JioMoney, Airtel Money, PayZapp)

Any refunds made are credited to the original method of payment within seven working days.

Return Policy

If I don't like the product, can I return it?

Yes. In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please do not accept the delivery. We will process a refund to your account within seven working days.

Refunds, after accepting delivery, are subject to a satisfactory inspection by our customer service team. Please email us at info@bansalfarms.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.

Packaged Grocery Items:

In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@bansalfarms.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis. Our endeavour is to try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
